What kind of tools should I have?
Craftsman around the world have been making superb furniture for hundreds of years with little more than a hand saw, chisel and mallet. Of course they also served an apprenticeship for seven years before they were allowed to actually make anything, LOL. We consider these projects fairly advanced and recommend that you be well skilled with a table saw, planer, jointer, router, and drill press.
How do you ship?
Most packages are shipped via UPS ground service, insured. Note that UPS cannot deliver to PO Box addresses — if that is your only option please contact us directly to make alternate arrangements.
Small packages more easily or conveniently handled by US Postal Service will be shipped by that method.
All packages are discreetly wrapped and labeled “Foxy Furniture”.
Are packages shipped discreetly?
Yes. All packages are shipped in a plain box labeled "Foxy Furniture".
How do I subscribe to your Announcements?
Easy - just go to the Announcements archive and enter your e-mail address!
How do I pay for my order?
At this time, we only accept PayPal.
Do you accept overseas orders?
Overseas orders are shipped via the most reliable, efficient, responsible carrier. Shipping and handling charges for oversea orders are quoted per order. If an overseas order is seized by customs and validated by a tracking report, we do not guarantee delivery and cannot offer a refund for those packages.
While the laws, policies, procedures and diligence of customs officials vary greatly by country, we make every effort to be discreet. There are no “risqué” pictures or drawings inside the package. Instructions for conversion to BDSM function are downloaded directly from our Web site and are not included in boxes shipped overseas.
What is your return policy?
Foxy Furniture makes every effort to ensure that all of our products are made of the finest quality materials and are constructed to our exacting standards. We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please e-mail Hera@FoxyFurniture.com, and we will make every reasonable effort to correct it.
If there is a manufacturing defect with one of our products, it may be returned for replacement, repair, or refund for a period of up to 90 days. However, we cannot offer a refund unless we determine, at our sole discretion, that a refund is the appropriate remedy.
All returns require a return authorization number and are at the sole discretion of Foxy Furniture. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. All returns require the product to be complete with all original packing materials, boxes, paperwork and information.
Shipping costs on repairs or returns depend on the nature of the problem and may be shared between Foxy Furniture and the customer.
What happens to my personal information?
Foxy Furniture will never disclose any information about its customers to any third party without the customer’s consent. Period.
We do not bombard our customers with marketing collateral. We offer buyers and interested parties the option of receiving e-mail announcements of new products, and promise to limit those announcements to no more than 1 per month.
What is your liability policy?
All items are sold for use between consenting adults only. We ask that you act responsibly. All items are sold as novelties only. We assume no responsibility for items that are misused or used in an unsafe or illegal manner.

Foxy Furniture accepts no liability for the misuse of any of the products and should not be used outside their intended manufacturing purpose.
