There are two zip files below.  The first contains the plans in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format.  The other contains the drawings originally developed in AutoCAD R14.  You'll want the AutoCAD version if you want to make any adjustments to the plans - for example, to accomodate a larger or small subject.  If you don't have AutoCAD, the format (.dwg) is supported by a number of CAD programs available free (or very inexpensive) for downloading.  Start by Googling CAD and go from there.

The zip file also contains a bill of materials that lists the parts that you'll need, and a set of brief instructions.
